Alpaca
Breeding Programs
Alpaca breeding has many considerations.
We at U.S.Alpaca continuously work towards maintaining the best program
for our animals. There are many breeding programs available, however,
the one we use is Hand Mating. The females are bred to a selected stud
at a selected time at various time intervals. The breeding period is
monitored to ensure safety in both animals and to maintain accurate
record keeping. |
